Lily

Lily grew up in the palace gardens, helping her mother tend to the kingdom's vibrant corals and flora. It was amidst these blooming reefs that she met Princess Loreley, and the two quickly became inseparable. Over the years, Lily transitioned from a loyal childhood friend to Loreley's trusted handmaiden and confidante, always by the princess's side with a gentle spirit and a deep love for the natural world.When war broke out, Lily was trusted with the ultimate token of friendship: protecting Loreley’s precious egg. To keep the hidden egg safe and calm, she spends her days cradling it close, spinning stories of peace, and singing soft songs. Her natural warmth makes her a comforting presence, dedicated to protecting the kingdom's future.

Nyxia

Nyxia, the phoenix mermaid, is born from underwater volcanoes. She has the spirit of a wanderer and is very passionate about preserving nature.As the middle one of three sisters, Nyxia has always felt like the odd one out. She longs for the world up above, where she can tend to a garden, sniff a flower, sing to a bird and dance the night away. As such, travels the world in search of meaningful encounters and beautiful scenery, so that she has something to write about in letters to her sisters.Her free spirit and outgoing nature sometimes land her in sticky situations, that she somehow always manages to talk or weasel her way out of. And if all else fails, she just goes with the flow and sees where the current takes her.

Vallora

Vallora is not only a mermaid but also a pirate! Much like the red-haired daughter of Triton one of her favourite pastimes is collecting trinkets. Vallora became a pirate after she got caught in a pirate net. She convinced the pirates she'd be a more valuable ally and she quite likes the pirate-mermaid life!She loves art and nature: if you're a magical creature she hasn't seen before she would love to have a chat! You might even catch her singing a song. If you find her with her treasure chest you might be able to trade something with her.Vallora and Nyxia met on a pirate ship that Nyxia accidentally walked on to. She pretended to be a pirate and she and Vallora quickly became best friends!

Rani

Rani is the matriarch of Merléance.Long before she wore the crown, her voice was legendary across the ocean, so much so that when the king himself came to behold her, he fell head over heels in love with her. Today she remains the Queen Songstress, her voice capable of silencing the fiercest storms and captivating grand royal courts.Despite her royal status, Rani's heart belongs to the youth of Merléance. To the kingdom's children she is affectionately known as Mama Mermaid. With endless patience and a loving smile, she leads little ones in dances and sing-alongs, spins magical tales of of love and wonder and makes every child feel like a princess.

Canthra

Canthra is a wild siren, mysterious and dangerous. Preferring calm lakes and dark waters where she can hunt. She'll sing to lure victims into the water.Her tail has much in common with the Coelacanth, an ancient fish that is still around today!
